After numerous requests, we're finally taking the plunge:
Chef and host Gina Brandlmayr & Alexi Pelekanos are cooking together and sharing their Hanslmann recipes. The dishes can then be easily recreated at home or shared with family and friends. #cookinghanslmann
What do we want to show you? Nothing complicated, mainly vegetarian cuisine.
Some dishes you'll recognize from Hanslmann from breakfast or dinner:
Porridge, crispbread, antipasti, condiments, vegetables (fried, roasted, and pickled), salads, homemade sauces and flatbreads, sautéed tomatoes or caramelized sesame crunch with Greek yogurt and roasted fresh fruit, sheep's cheese prepared in various ways, stuffed tomato gemista.
Plus a few stories from childhood, cooking, and travel – and, of course, a long table where everyone comes together at the end.
