Dinner at Hanslmann
On Fridays, we cook dinner in the new, old dining room. Instead of à la carte, we serve a menu with selected starters and main courses on large and small platters. As always, there are salads, fermented, roasted, grilled, and fried vegetables, plus fish and meat. As always, with my own condiments. We work with great producers: the meat comes from the butcher, the fish from the fisherman, and the vegetables from the farmer.
Daily Antipasti & Seasonal Dishes
On days when dinner isn't served, we offer antipasti or seasonal dishes to order every day—for example, when something great is harvested, like fresh chanterelle mushrooms, artichokes, or occasionally homemade sausages. Due to logistical constraints, we ask that you order your food the day before!
Breakfast & Self-Service in the Mini Shop
We continue to serve breakfast two days a week: every Wednesday and Sunday. On other days, it's self-service: You'll find the necessary utensils in our self-service area and convenience store. There's a refrigerator stocked with delicious specialties such as homemade jams, wine, beer, a bread oven, and, upon request, leg ham, smoked fish, cheese, and antipasti.
Catering and pickup:
This year, we also offer food for pickup or catering.
Whether you need small lunch boxes for self-pickup or delivery for private invitations or parties, we're happy to prepare our signature dishes for you.
