RESTAURANT

Gina Brandlmayr loves cooking with vegetables and combines Austrian tradition with global inspiration to create a unique, contemporary menu. Her dishes move between local and international flavors – characterized by diversity, curiosity, and an open mind. Her cooking style opens a window to the world for traditional Austrian cuisine. She cooks with intuition – creatively, distinctively, and stylishly. Clear in flavor, always with heart and soul.

"I finally want to give vegetables the attention in preparation that they have long deserved. Meat and fish are a small addition that I wouldn't want to do without."

Seasonality and Regionality

She sources most of her products from the region. Vegetables and herbs come from the Meindlhof farm thanks to farmer Lisa, and the meat from butcher Nagl in Schörfling. The food is served on handmade ceramics, often in the center of the table: salads, fermented, roasted, and grilled vegetables, complemented by fish and meat. Gina has a particular fondness for condiments – small sauces and pastes that add depth and excitement to dishes.
